• Unforeseen conditions discovered during construction

All project timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to:

• Material availability

• Permit approvals
• Client decision delays

Any scheduling terms will be governed by the construction contract.

6. Renderings & Design Disclaimer

Any renderings, drawings, or design concepts provided are intended as visual representations only.

They are not exact depictions of final construction and may vary due to real-world conditions, materials, and field adjustments.

We are not liable for differences between renderings and the final completed project.

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Designs

All renderings, designs, plans, and related materials are the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final design materials for use in connection with their project.

However, clients may not:

• Use our designs to solicit or hire another contractor to perform the same or similar work
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our designs without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors or omissions in website content
• Reliance on preliminary estimates or renderings
• Actions of third parties, including subcontractors or material suppliers

9. Third-Party Services

We may work with third-party vendors, subcontractors, and service providers to complete projects. While we aim to partner with reputable professionals, we are not responsible for third-party performance outside the scope defined in the construction contract.

10. Marketing & Project Photography

By engaging our services, you grant us the right to photograph and document the project before, during, and after completion.
